Studio 34, a holistic space for everyone is opening on 7th July. As co founder of the project, i will be teaching yoga and running a Zen mindfulness for wellbeing course on a thursday evening starting at 7.45pm. The first eight week course in mindfulness will begin in September after the holidays, for the duration of the summer each thursday evening will be run as £5 drop in session. There is no need to book just come along. These are an opportunity for people to come and experience some of the practises and topics to be discussed and ask any questions relating to the Zen mindfulness course or practise.
